Bath Road
A 623-key dual-branded complex on Bath Road, in the middle of the Heathrow hotel market: a 433-key Holiday Inn alongside a 190-key Staybridge Suites, developed from the ground up and delivered in 2019. Both were sold in 2025.

A 954-key cluster at Manchester Airport across three brands and three segments — Tribe in lifestyle, Holiday Inn in full service and Ibis Budget in economy — delivered between 2023 and 2024 and trading today. Clustering the three under common ownership lets the sites share demand, management and cost base.
